Terms of Service

Effective October 14, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and AyaBit (“we”, “us”) for using Alakanzam, its website and apps (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Alakanzam for an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you’re allowed to.

Your account

• Sign up with an email address you control, and keep your sign-in methods secure.
• You’re responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at jayala08@gmail.com if you think it’s been misused.
• You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the European Economic Area) to use Alakanzam.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you put into Alakanzam: boards, cards, comments, files and everything else (“your content”). You give us permission to store, copy, process and display your content only as needed to run the Service for you and the people you share it with, for example to sync it across devices, show it to the members of your workspaces, and make backups. You’re responsible for your content and for having the right to share it.

Workspaces and sharing

Content lives in workspaces. Owners and admins decide who can join and what each person can do; anyone in a workspace can see all of its boards. Content added to a workspace belongs with that workspace, and stays there if the person who added it leaves. Invite only people you mean to share with.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Alakanzam to:

• break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights, including intellectual property and privacy;
• store or share content that’s illegal, harmful, hateful or harassing, or malware;
• send spam or unwanted invitations;
• get around access controls or security, access other people’s data, or disrupt or overload the Service (for example by scraping it or testing its security without our permission);
• resell or rebrand the Service without our written agreement.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Other services

Alakanzam connects to other services if you choose to: signing in with Apple or Google, the planner with Google Calendar, and importing from Trello. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we aren’t responsible for them.

The Service

Alakanzam is in its early days. We’re working to make it reliable, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent the law allows. Features may change, and the Service may be interrupted. Keep your own copies of anything important. If we stop offering Alakanzam, we’ll give you reasonable notice and a way to get your data out.

Ending your use

You can stop using Alakanzam at any time, and ask us to delete your account at jayala08@gmail.com. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if the law requires it; where we reasonably can, we’ll tell you first.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, AyaBit isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim (zero for free use). Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Alakanzam grows. We’ll update the date above, and let you know in the app or by email before significant changes take effect. If you keep using Alakanzam after that, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where AyaBit is established, except where the consumer laws of your country give you protections that can’t be waived.
